I was sitting in Houston after a sold-out event, reflecting on everything I experienced over the last few days the conversations, the women I met, the excellence of the hotel, the atmosphere, the energy, the possibilities and I realized something:

When I talk about building a soft life, I’m not talking about avoiding work.

One thing I noticed during this Houston trip was how much environment matters.
The hotel.

Even something as simple as the way the hotel staff treated people made me think differently about standards.

Get out of your normal environment sometimes.

Visit another city.
Work from a nice coffee shop.
Spend a day somewhere inspiring.

Romanticize Your Current Life While Building The Next One
One thing I shared in my video is that when my family lived in a two-bedroom apartment with four kids, I still tried to make our home feel beautiful.
I would decorate.
Print pictures of dream homes.
Create peaceful energy inside our space.
Why?
Because I learned that you don’t wait until life is perfect to start creating beauty.
You practice it now.
That mindset matters.
Too many women think:
“I’ll enjoy life later.”
No.
Start now.
Romanticize the life you have while building toward the life you want.

This is something I really want women to understand.
