I Own Shares in Two Properties — Here’s My Honest Digital Real Estate Update
If you’ve been following my journey for a while, you know I don’t share things just to share them. I share because I believe exposure creates expansion. And today, I’m pulling back the curtain on one of the most genuinely passive income streams I’ve ever added to my soft life business ecosystem tokenized real estate through E-Estate.
I’m writing this fresh off the first stop of a 10-city tour that kicked off right here in Raleigh, North Carolina. Because my husband Anthony is a Strategic Growth Partner with the company, I get to tag along, help behind the scenes, and let’s be honest I document everything for you. That’s just how I move.

What Is Tokenized Real Estate, Anyway?
Think of it like buying stocks but instead of shares in a company, you’re purchasing shares in real properties. Actual homes. Commercial buildings. Land. The properties are on the E-Estate platform, and one token equals $10. You purchase tokens, and those tokens represent your ownership stake in a property.
Based on how the property performs whether it’s an Airbnb rental, a commercial space, whatever you get paid. We get paid Monday through Friday for 18 months in Phase 1. After that, Phase 2 kicks in and you earn 10% per year on your investment.
I love telling women: start with $10. That Miami apartment on the platform? You can grab a share for $10 and make four cents a day. That might not sound like much, but it’s proof. It shows you this is real. It works. And once you see it working, you build from there.
Where I Am Right Now
I currently own shares in two different properties a villa and a desert villa. I also purchased about five shares in the Miami apartment that was featured at the company’s first live summit (yes, Anthony and I helped put that together, and yes, I got to see the property in person). Because of those purchases, my profit balance is sitting at over $400.
I hit Agent Level 3, which means I’ve been sharing this opportunity with others and earning commissions when they come in under my link. Just recently, one of my high school classmates who’d attended a few presentations before it clicked for her decided to jump in. She didn’t invest in a home; she went straight to a commercial property and put in $10,270. She’ll break even by month six and everything from months 7 through 18 is total profit.
The moment she made her purchase? My commission hit my account. Just like that.
I’m not going to cash it all out, though. I want to reinvest and stack more shares. Because that’s the goal ownership stacking.
Why This Fits My Soft Life Business Model
I have criteria for what I let into my income ecosystem. It has to be something I can do without sacrificing my peace, my time with my family, or my sanity. E-Estate checks every single box.
I don’t manage tenants. I don’t flip houses. I don’t chase anyone down. I post a TikTok video about my journey when I feel like it takes me maybe 10 minutes and I let my money work. That’s it. That is literally it.
I want to be clear: you don’t have to recruit anyone to make money here. Plenty of people on the platform just quietly build their portfolio and never share it publicly. I share because I enjoy it and because I believe in what I’m doing. But there’s zero pressure from me, Anthony, or the company. You come in when it’s right for you.
What’s Making This Feel Extra Special Right Now
We’re in the middle of a 10-city tour, and being able to meet agents and buyers face-to-face is something different. There’s something powerful about being in a room full of people who are all learning, growing, and choosing to do something different with their money.
We also have a crypto expert who comes in every Wednesday to train our team at no charge. The more I learn about cryptocurrency and tokenization, the more I realize how much we simply weren’t taught. We were taught to work, go home, repeat, retire. That’s it.
This is different. This is ownership. And ownership compounds.
Two shares turns into four. Four turns into eight. Anthony recently purchased a share of a land plot for $51,000 — I’m not there yet, but I benefit as his wife and I celebrate it. We’re both on our own journeys, moving at our own pace.
